On the right, where it says “Alternative Folder”, select the folder where you want your sticky notes to be stored in the future. Do not select the Sticky Notes subfolder, only its main one – the Microsoft folder. Make sure to replace your username with your actual username. On the left side of the Steam Mover window, where it says “Steam Applications Common Folder”, select the folder where Sticky Notes currently saves its data: “C: Users Your Username AppData Roaming Microsoft”. Use Steam Mover to create a symbolic link to your sticky notes When running Steam Mover, make sure to right-click (or hold) and click / tap “Run as administrator”.
